it looks like someone put this bench into a 3-d modeler and hit Transform, and they thought, hey! its art! haha. i didnt skate this, but if i did.... i would probably skate it like a bank, or maybe a trick into it from the top. that slotted wood surface isnt the worst but its not the best either.
