#STEEMGIGS : DJ FLOH CARTOONED PORTRAIT / LOGO - THE MAKING

I haven't really been timed enough to post stuffs like this, i know i should but ......., enough with the excuses , lets get straight into it.
Note: All pictures here are in kilobytes .... you have nothing to worry about. *Lol

#INTRO
This is a vector vexel job of a renowned dj in Ogun state. He awarded me a contract of creating a logo for his brand with his head in it. I guess he also want to be like DJ SPINALL, DJ EXCLUSIVEX and others.

#TOOLS
SOFTWARE: Coreldraw graphics suite 2017

TOOLS: Pen tool , Interactive fill, Transparency tool, Rectangle tool, Shape tool.

#PROCESS
Stage 1
Creating a line art with the Pen tool

this is basically like the foundation of the total job

Stage 2
Creating the baseline vectors for colors . This is also done with the Pen tool . I created a lot of freehand boxes which are to be use in placing all the colors. They are basically like pallets.

Stage 3
Coloring . This is done with the Interactive fill tool. I used it instead of the normal fill tool to create blends. So it will all look nice like i was a make up artiste.

Stage 4
Rounding up with the head. Here lies the head of the renowned DJ floh . Lol, that's funny

Stage 5
Creating the logo. I decided to put the head in the letter O of the DJ FLOH . Clever?
I also added entertainment to one ... just in case.
