I just finished season 1 of a series I recently discovered⦠and honestly, what a ride.
Good news: there are already 3 seasons available, so plenty to binge.
In a future where Earth has become uninhabitable and the air is toxic, the last survivors live inside a massive underground silo with 144 levels.
Within this closed society, everyone must follow extremely strict rules designed to keep the population safe. Breaking those rules comes at a high cost: offenders are sent outside⦠essentially a death sentence in a supposedly unbreathable world.
But little by little, doubt starts to grow.
What if everything theyβve been told about the outside world isnβt entirely true?
What makes this show so compelling is the constant tension.
Youβre always left wondering:
Even the oldest residents donβt have answers. Some were born in the silo and have lived their entire lives there without ever truly seeing the outside world.
And thereβs this chilling rule:
π simply saying βI want to go outsideβ is enough to get you sent out.
The most unsettling part is that even when we follow those who leave⦠the doubt never disappears.
Youβre never quite sure whatβs real. Are they actually dying from the air? Or is something else going on?
Honestly, itβs impossible to stop watching.
Iβm jumping straight into season 2 because I need answers:
π is the silo a shelterβ¦ a lieβ¦ or some kind of experiment?
On my side, today has been a bit messy π
I got a small dedicated PC to run my bots (so I donβt have to rely on my personal computer anymore), but the transition took way longer than expected.
Between reconfiguring everything and transferring data:
π Sorry if you were expecting a vote or tokens.
The bot only votes for:
I still need to:
Right now, Iβm configuring the new PC so it stays always on, with no sleep mode, to avoid this kind of issue in the future.
Iβve got some free time today, so Iβm going to get everything properly set up again.
What are you up to today? π
I wish you all a great day! Iβll catch you later with updates on my new bot, and the continuation of this series I personally recommend.
The show is available on Apple TV, but I trust youβll find your own way to watch it π
If you have any series worth watching, feel free to recommend them! Iβm currently looking for shows or movies to keep me busy during my vacation evenings.
If you want, I can also suggest a few really good ones based on what you liked about Silo π
