Amen! In the Bible app today the verse of the day speaks to this very topic. It's Galatians 5:24 and it says "Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to His cross and crucified them there"

How amazing is that? Giving your life to Jesus means that we are indeed a NEW creature, born again, with the sins of our past, present and future not only forgiven but nailed to the cross with Him. Wiped clean. He loved us SO much to do that for us. It's hard to comprehend.

Great post!
