Hey, I'm also from Texas =) It did get very cold at night! I try to do things like this a lot, but sometimes it gets put on the back burner for work and stuff. But I'll definitely be posting more stuff!

Hey there! I think you'd have to be pretty physically fit to do it without a guide and donkey. I would consider myself pretty physically fit, going on treks/hikes/hitchhiking/walking for very long periods
