Motivation a person gets from inside him, then he stays for a long time but if he gets motivation externally, then he does not completely last even for 1 day. Motivation to do any work should come from within the person, there are many of my friends who are doing graduation just to get a job, but they have a lot of other talent too, but they are not able to work on their talent. Because they do not have any kind of backup and they are compelled not to do that work, no matter how much motivation this person puts on his other works, just cannot last long until he starts liking the work.
