“It is much easier to concentrate the mind on external things, than to concentrate on the mind itself. For example, a Neuroscientist can be the smartest man (or woman) on earth in his understanding of the human mind. He may know all the neurochemical changes underlying an outrageous behavior of a person. But when he gets mad himself, very little of his own scientific intellect would actually come in handy for him to control his rage. The virtue of self-control is a skill, which requires practice, regardless of all the neurobiological expertise in the world.” ― Abhijit Naskar

This is a personal study by myself from what I have been informed about physiology and how it works, all of it is from my own mind and a lot of it is what I have managed to learn in my free time so enjoy!

Introduction:
Hacking the mind, you see hackers everyday, blackhat hackers, whitehat hackers, greyhat hackers, scientists, and more. Surprised about scientist well scientists are the biggest hackers of them all, scientists can hack a disease, they can find out about dna samples by dismantling your dna construct. It happens everyday. But if I'm talking about hacking the mind, how can we do that? Is it getting a brain scan, cloning someone, or something we fall for everyday and we follow everyday because to admit it, our lives are constantly changed by what we are hacked by. Want to know the hackers then read on.

Paragraph 2:

What if I told you by looking, you are being hacked. We fall for it everyday through suggestion, we are suggested to buy a product or to buy a film, etc. How they can hack is by advertisements since the power of suggestion from flashing images, happy music, something we like is addicting and we have to have it or don't be who you are; Our subconscious enforces that so we are forced up spending money on something we don't need but by buying that gaming mouse you wanted you are just becoming a victim to a mind hack. We are nothing without advertisements due to the fact we never see a product such as a new car or a new pc. What I'm trying to put across that by the power of advertisements you are falling victim to what they want you to do, a good example is "Derren Brown: The Heist".

Paragraph 3:

Now we go in detail on how Hypnotherapists can hack your mind and use the power of will against you. Every seen one of those hypnotherapists make someone dance around the stage, well nor have I. But if they chose to use hypnosis against you then they could through the power of will and suggestion. What happens when your hypnotized, you fall in a deep sleep (from what I have personally done myself), you begin to feel the world fade away, with all your worries gone and peace, you are free and happy allowing a person speak directly to your subconscious to allow interaction and commands to be taken place in order for you to complete them. In order to continue explaining I need to explain what I have done in order to help and to test out how far I can reach. So, we being me and my friend lets call him Josh for example, So, me and Josh decided to ride around my hometown in order to get some fresh air and from this point I had been practicing instant inductions, from what I did I managed to induce Josh into a deep trance as he sat there, from there I worked through to a point where he wasn't conscious enough for me to speak to his subconscious, I made him forget what he ate, where he had been, how he got here; It was to test how far he would go subconsciously but from there I managed to wake him out and questioned him to see if he was able to remember by asking him how warm was it, how does it feel compared to x time and x place and he couldn't answer, he didn't know. Further on I put him back under into the subconscious state where I developed to a point where he remembered most of it but still a few details that were missing. My point from this is Hypnosis is powerful and can control through suggestion what we do, what we think, what we remember, how we remember, etc.

Paragraph 4, To Finish:

Don't take from this that Hypnosis is bad and should be avoided, because it's not. From what I have said here is just explaining on how the mind is hacked, how we control your mind and how suggestion can tell you what to do. From this you should take the effect of advertising, the effect of Hypnosis and the effect all together and how they are linked. But if you want my advice I want you to look at a Physiological study on how the brain works and how the subconscious controls each action. This can be powerful and with this you could start or end a war. Hypnosis isn't to be tested as I did because I see this person on a daily basis, I can work with this person through hard times and it teaches me new techniques but in order for me to do so I must be able to help through the aftermath and fill in details. But to conclude, our subconscious controls our actions and other people control our subconscious. But next time you go around to watch a bit of tv just remember what that advert is doing to you and how it changes a person. From the quote at the beginning, that is just to show you how the subconscious works around emotion. But have a great day.
