Maybe not my place but I have a business where I grow insects for human consumption and worked for some of the larger ones in the past. We are allowed to grow four insects in our country, grasshopper being one of them.

We used to pour chocolate over them and put them on those chocolate leaves you see at christmas. It's makes for a cute treat. Grasshopper lollipops are also a hit and easy to make.
Things like burgers are also made but you should really try one made of crickets, I find it way better tasting than grasshopper.
