I love Chicken Invaders Universe. It's not just a game for me...!it's my all-time favorite game and I've been playing it for years. People think it's a silly game about chickens, but for me it's pure nostalgia, pure action, and pure fun.
The most interesting fact about this game its challenges.. Weekly and Daily Challenges. So there not a single chance to get bored of this game.
My recent run was a perfect example of why I can't stop playing it. I started the mission with my usual ship the little fighter in the center with two side turrets. In the beginning my score was just 43,738, I had 15 lives and only 1 firepower. The screen was dark, there was this massive blue lightning bolt splitting space in half,you have to be careful from this lightning..because if you touch it you will loss one life ........and I was dodging red laser drops from above. That moment is always tense, you have to stay focused on the tiny gap between the lightnings.
Then it gets crazy. After a few waves, I got my favorite weapon the Vulcan Chaingun. My score jumped to over 1,152,165. I had a Multi-kill bonus of 1,750 and you can seein the screen was full of yellow chicks, like 20 of them coming from all sides. I was firing those purple-pink beams, everything was exploding, feathers and drumsticks flying everywhere. I had collected 23 food items already and 6 firepower. That's the best feeling, when your weapon is fully powered and you just melt the whole flock.
The game never gets boring because every wave is different. One wave was this puzzle barrier with green glowiqng orbs and metal containers connected by electric wires. I had to find the weak spot while a UFO chicken was throwing bombs from the top right. Another wave was titled It Gets Cold in Space - Wave 10 of 100. The title alone makes me smile, the humor in this game is so underrated.
I love this boss...i always laugh at this level..as she came with all cozy dressing and then at end she becomes naked..hahahaa. That's why I love Chicken Invaders Universe. It's chaotic, colorful, challenging, and it never fails to make me laugh. From 43k to 1.7 million points in one mission, from a simple chick invasion to giant boss chickens trying to crush me every second is worth it. I will never get tired of saving the universe from chickens.
