Bug in Encdroid: Can't create local volumes.

Expected Behavior

• The App should be able to create local volumes.

Actual behavior

• The App is not able to create local volumes says failed to create directory.

How to reproduce

• Download the app from below link
  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mrpdaemon.android.encdroid

• Launch the app.

• Click the menu at the top of the right corner.

• Click on create volume.

• Choose volume location as Local

• Clic on the plus sign at the top of the right corner.

• Enter volume name.

• Enter password and click on Ok, it show failed to creat directory.

• Application : Encdroid

• App version : 2.2.3

Operating system: Android Nougat (7.0) Moto C plus
