Make love a persuasion for actions. Choose a path that feels like it makes little sense to a world bent on revenge, selfishness and hatred. Let your words encourage and enfold and be approachable.
Close your ears to harmful criticism and take the criticism with an eye for the source. Don't let yourself be duped into following a path that your heart warns you leads to sorrow.
Even if everyone is doing it be that loner who warns your friends and acquaintances that this road was traversed before and led to an unsavory end.
Keep your circle small and trust those who share your convictions. Your actions will speak volumes to a world embittered and disillusioned.
Maybe you are the one. Perhaps your influence is that oh so subtle persuasion to turn the tide of one other person.
We all make them from the time we are old enough to think for ourselves and every action sets a pattern for the action which follows.
You will make countless mistakes, but you will learn and become more adapt at choosing the right choices that lead to peace and fulfillment.
A glass of water shared with a person in need will lead to another choice to show that you care.
Don't wait for reward, the action is reward of itself. Step beyond your comfort zone, give something away and move on.
One day it will all make sense. Life has a way of repeating itself and no good act will be left unnoticed.
