When River had her babies I was concerned that she may not have been producing milk. So I went into total panic mode and tried to reach out to anyone I thought, that may be able to help. That included some in the hive verse. I had some very supportive answers even if the answers were to point me in another direction. One such direction was the kitten lady on youtube. There was a couple specific videos that were given to me that even though I have up until today not needed.
Since Kitty took up residence in the bathroom we are now kind of in each others way. She has taken it in stride though. During the time my son was showering she surprisingly stayed with the babies. After my son finished I went in to check on the babies only to discover Six was backed up and not looking too well. I picked it up and tried to help it go to the bathroom but to no avail. Six died in my hand. I call the kitten Six as it was the sixth kitten born.
I'm doing the best I can, not having had much animal birthing experience.
