Kitty and River. River and Kitty. Despite the fact they can lay this close together from time to time the battle between them has reached a point that Kitty has started taking it out on me.

I was laying in my bed two days ago when I noticed my shoulder felt damp. I got up to find a pretty big wet spot on my bed. I did not feel any of the cats on my bed so thought it was one of the kittens. The size did not dawn on me at the time.

I spent the next two days cleaning my bed trying to remove as much of the smelly spot as possible. Today I finally got it to the point where I could not see the spot and the smell was almost completely gone.

Since getting the cats back on the food they were used to eating I have had to clean the litter box a lot less. So when kitty climbed up on my bed and appeared to squat I immediately jumped up and removed her from my room and instantly cleaned the litter box. It was way cleaner then it had been in about a month. It was a waist of a bag.

About an hour later she was back in my room on my bed and this time I was not quick enough to get to her. She had already started to mess on my bed. At this point I am feeling at a loss. Even though I had some help with food and litter I have yet to be given enough to get them something to climb on. If Jackson Galaxy paid me a visit I'd be admonished for not having catified my home. It was never my intention to have an animal as long as I have had River and Kitty.

Even though I recieved an ac last month it is still not enough to keep the house cool. The ac rarely ever shuts of and when it does it is back on within seconds. I love animals and would love to have a pet but this is not the place for it. I look forward to the day when I can be the crazy cat lady not looking to foster but to once again be a permenant cat mom.
