Gardens by the Bay: A Peaceful Evening Walk Under the Supertrees

Sometimes, unexpected trips are the ones that make the whole journey truly unforgettable. That’s what I realized after we visited Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. Actually, this visit is not included in the itinerary. Some of us already went shopping after our trip to Universal Studios and weren’t informed beforehand. We had to wait for them before all of us were able to go there.
Upon searching about what to expect for our next trip, we’re looking forward to watch the famous light and music show. We arrived there in the evening, and we felt a bit of regret after knowing the show was done. We saw a lot of people already going home. Despite the slight disappointment, we went through. We felt the whole place belong to us, and that’s where we saw how peaceful and enchanting the place was, even without the grandiose show we were expecting.
The stunning Supertrees were still lit up beautifully even after the show, and that made the surroundings still lively. Our regret melted away as we saw these soaring structures glowing against the night sky. They looked like giant Christmas trees showing a perfect blend of nature and technology.
Everybody was happy and taking selfies under the charming Supertrees. We joyfully strolled around and took pictures of this magical scenery.
Every angle has breathtaking shots, and it really feels like were walking into another universe. From the roots of the trees to way up, it’s shining beautifully. There were no special effects in the photos, it’s natural as it was. The whole place was truly a masterpiece.
Even though we weren’t able to catch up the light and music show, we shared great memories that night. That surreal feeling in a magical place and our great admiration to the superb beauty of the entire place made this trip so special. It feels so great even though we were just there for a short time, and it’s all really worth it.
Our visit to Gardens by the Bay, though it wasn’t a perfect one, taught us that real adventures happen in unexpected moments. Just because this trip was suddenly added to our itinerary, we saw another extraordinary beauty that Singapore has to offer, and made wonderful memories.
