I guess it is possible that the front-end part is generating data on users, don't know if that would be anonymize or not and if they are at all. I guess inleo is the private business part that is using a public database (hive blockchain) for storing user generated data.
For logging data, do you mean when you are actively browsing inleo and not interacting with the blockchain? I guess that would additional data as the other actions goes like upvoting/lliking, posting, buying premium. All that is generating a transaction on the blockchain so it can be logged by anyone. Inleo might have some limited extra data but when you post, people can know at the exact second you did.
As for the blockchain part well most things your are posting via inleo into the blockchain is basic public data and other frontend / people / the CIA can assess that data without asking anyone just by running their own node or looking through people that are.
