Yosemite National Park is located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range of California. It is famous for its ancient giant sequoias and for Tunnel View, the iconic view of the Bridalveil high jump and the granite cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome. In the village of Yosemite, there are shops, restaurants, lodgings, the Yosemite Museum and the Ansel Adams Gallery, with impressions of the famous black and white landscapes of the area that the photographer captured.
