Luck is a moment where preparation meets opportunities.
It's useless to get a lot of opportunities, but if you're not ready to accept it, then luck will just go away.
Many people are amazed and even jealous of successful people who seem very lucky. Whatever they do as if it is so easily realized. Once again, the luck they get because they are ready when the golden opportunity comes.
It's different with people who fail. When they meet good opportunities, they are not ready and make thousands of reasons for that.
To explain this concept, we must understand what fate is:
The popular western view states that we are in control of our lives and everything that happens to us is the result of our own choices.
On the other hand, the popular east view states that everything that happens to us is not under our control and we are only puppets in a predetermined plan.
However, none of the two views above is fully correct. The correct answer according to spirituality, at present 65% of our lives are controlled by fate and 35% by free will.
But we can overcome 65% of our destiny, using 35% of our free will to undergo true spiritual practice.
Destiny is when you have no control over the conditions in life.
Free will is part of life where you have control over it.
