Natural treatments generally do not have side effects. Often

some natural treatments can be done simultaneously. If a treatment can reduce headaches, other treatments can help reduce or even relieve headaches.

You may decide to try several treatment methods and choose the best method for you.

The following treatment measures are taken to eliminate or reduce pain when the headache attacks.

~ Bathing by watering the body or with a shower

~ Rest, lie in a dark room

~ Avoid bright lights or blinding lights

~ Put something cold on the back of the neck, like a cold and wet towel; or put it alternately between a cold towel and a warm towel in the place of pain

~ Put cold compresses on the forehead, soaking your feet in a container of warm water

~ Drink water or natural fruit juice, especially tomato juice

~ If you haven't eaten at all, try eating nutritious foods or drinks

~ Massage your face, head, neck, shoulders and back so that your muscles relax more.

Simple massage

~ Press two pressure points on the back of the neck which are about two inches apart, located just below the skull, one to two minutes. This action can release endorphins which can help relieve pain.

~ Massage or press the fleshy part between your thumb and forefinger.

Bend your head slowly to the right or left to stretch the neck muscles. Massage and relax tense muscles.

~ Avoid sources of stress.

~ Avoid exercising when you have a headache if the exercise adds pain to the head and neck.

~ Take vitamin C, vitamin B6, choline, tryptophan, and niacin and / or magnesium
