8 Simple Ways to Forgive People Who hurt you

Sorry. One word that is easy to say, but not everyone can easily give it

Every time someone makes a mistake, it will normally apologize. However, will the party who has been hurt will forgive or apologize?

If it's just just rubbing accidentally and then you fall, it won't be difficult to forgive. But what if the party who apologizes is the one who has hurt?

The pain of falling cannot match the pain of the heart because it hurts your partner or friend.

Forgiving people who hurt is not going to be easy. But that doesn't mean it can't be done. There is always a way to forgive. Including those who have hurt you

  1. Dispose of hatred

The starting point for being able to start learning to forgive people who hurt is to eliminate the hatred that is in you. Especially hatred towards people who have hurt you.

If hatred is still raging, you will never be able to move to the next ladder to start forgiving.

Admittedly, it is not easy to get rid of hatred. One of the tips for eliminating hatred is not to keep remembering what he did to you. Remembering his bad actions will only increase the hatred.

Slowly begin to dispose of your dislike from your mind. Clear the mind of all that hatred. There is no positive value when you save your hatred.

Healthy your mental and mind by removing the hatred.

  1. Tell the People You Believe

As social beings, humans must need the presence of others as a place to tell stories. Therefore, meet friends or friends who you really trust. Tell them about everything that concerns your heartache.

By telling a story, your heart and mind will feel more spacious and light. Thus you will be easier to begin to get rid of the hatred that is in the heart.

You too will not be much disturbed by the bad thoughts that arise due to the hatred that still rumbles in the chest.

  1. Worship

When anger and hate are so great, you have to cool down. One way is to practice worship.

For those of you who are Muslim, you can immediately take the wudlu and perform two rak'ah sunnat prayers. For non-Muslims, they immediately worship according to religion and belief.

By doing worship, the heart will feel more calm. Bring everything you feel to the Creator.

This is also one of the therapies for those of you who might find it difficult to tell others because of the element of great distrust.

Worship will also open your heart to be more willing to accept the situation. Convince you that there must be wisdom behind all the hurt you experience.

  1. Open Feelings of Empathy

Nothing is perfect in this world. You have to keep in mind. Now maybe someone else is hurting you.

In the past, it is not impossible that you have also done the same thing to others. Whether intentional or not.
