The metaphorical simile I usually use as an analogy for the euphemism is not an expanded consciousness lothario of existential thought but rather a direct expression that writers often use to depict and represent a picture that delineates an outline in reproduction by rendering an unfolding and as such the rhetoric and synesis that unfolds becomes a soliloquy of alliteration, anecdote and aphorism with much assonance and hyperbole and even as the case may be, self fulfilling stream of consciousness in the superlative synesthesia, albeit a sonnet, slang, symbolism, thesis, tragicomedy, truism and such other sundry verse that sets the tone and underlies the sibilance and refutation of said narrative.
The antithesis may be blank verse or a conceited cliff-hanger characterising circumlocution to arrive at the climax.
