Nice. Did the real estate thing for 20 years but there were too many others doing the same thing and hard to compete. Also done the self publishing thing this last ten years and again there are too many doing it, last I heard it was something like 800000 a year new books going on to amazon. Seems like everyone is doing it and pumping it out there...
