Video doesn't show the events leading up to the shooting but you have a guy with an AR-15 rifle in his hands being attacked and chased. The two dudes that died were running towards the guy carrying the rifle while he was being physically assaulted by others. Another guy was also shot in the arm during the attack on the rifle carrying guy.
I don't know if the rifle carrying man was acting in self defense or the aggressor but the old adage of don't bring a knife to a gun fight rings true here. Don't fuck with a dude carrying a gun it's that simple.
