It's 'Love or Hate' Week!
Today the theme is 'Vegetarians'. Do you love them or hate them?
I do not hate or love vegetarians.
How can I hate or love a person by what he/she eats? You have to eat what, according to you, is right for your body and soul.
A vegetarian lifestyle is, in my opinion, not a healthy lifestyle. Humans are not made to be vegetarian. Our teeth and digesting system is completely different from herbivores.
You will have a lack of vitamins and need to eat chemicals to try to cover the lack of tablets made from ... animals.
Out of plants, we can only take 1-7% of what we need, out of meat 40-70%. That is a huge difference.
What I avoid is to talk with extreme vegetarians about these facts. It is good to stand for something but you should not force it upon others throats and preach untruth.
I seldom eat meat simply because I cannot afford it.
We hardly drink milk because of the allergies and no we also do not drink soy milk. In soy milk, you find exactly the same ingredient as lactose is. My children eat as much fruit and vegetables as possible, we do not eat bread and pizza, pasta, etc. we might eat once or twice a year. I do give them cheese, eggs, and meat. You should not fool around with the health of children.
Forcing carnivores (animals like dogs and cats) to be a vegetarian is not done.
If you cannot respect an animal for what it takes a rabbit instead. Too many pets suffer from first-world diseases, the same we have, all because we feed them what is not healthy for them.
If it comes to disliking, I think this is what I dislike most about some vegetarians. Saying you are vegetarian to save animals but playing health dangerous games with the health of your dog.
