I restart, delete the cookies and if I shut down at night it works. Not using too many apps is hard. The phone already arrived with all sorts of spyware active behind the screens. I shut down as much as possible.
Not embarrassing (it was a few months ago as I couldn't show the ticket for the bus because it took ages to restart 😂 but I keep looking stupid) annoying it is for sure.
