Yes, I did. Sweet patoes raw, and the others are just so, so.. I would not recommend it (same for raw french fries). I doubt it's healthy for the intestines and if green it's better to not. Cooked tastes way better and they say cooked potatoes stored one day in the fridge are more healthy.
