Happy Wednesday, Hivers!! 🌿
I'm sharing my short and simple walk at the park.
Yesterday, my husband and I went to the city to attend our daughter's school meeting. We live in a small island province in the Philippines, so we need to cross the Guimaras-Iloilo Strait to go there. The sea travel is about 20 minutes. I took a few photos while on the ferry.
The water seemed to be calm that day, and the sky was full of fluffy clouds. It was a smooth trip. 🌀
We attended a 2-hour school meeting, then we decided to visit a nearby park.
This park has a lot of tall trees, which provide shade for people walking and sitting on the benches.
The benches were newly painted, the concrete path was clean, and there were new trash cans on every corner of the park.
The plants and flowers were healthy and well-maintained. I've seen hardworking street sweepers who tirelessly keep the park tidy.
It felt nice to stay there for a while under the shade of the tall trees. I felt a soft breeze while I sat on the bench and watched people walk by.
This last part is unrelated to my blog, but I just want to share this image I generated using Canva. I turned one of the photos I took into a watercolor painting. What do you think about it? 😁
If you wanna try it, use the app "Photo to Painting" on Canva.
