Got bored yesterday afternoon, so my husband decided to get some Indian mangoes. There are 2 Indian mango trees in our small property; one hasn't borne fruit yet, and the other one is a heavy hitter.
This heavy-hitting Indian mango tree lies near the fence, and half of the tree branches are already in my neighbor's yard. Some of the branches almost touched the ground because of the heavy bunches of mangoes hanging from them.
A normal size is as big as my palm. Some are way bigger. I got about 6 pieces.
I peeled the mangoes and washed them before cutting them into bite-sized pieces. My favorite dip is shrimp paste with vinegar and chili, but I don't have shrimp paste, so instead, I used soy sauce.
That was satisfying 😋
That's all for now, Hive friends! Until next time.🥭
