GOLOS has Fair DPOS now, voting power is divided to number of voted witnesses. No DPOS*30 situation. GOLOS has no pre-mined stake, it was frozen via hardfork! Steem could learn something from Golos.

JFYI, Golos switched from DPOS30 to DPOS1. Account can vote for multiple witnesses, but voting power is divided across all. This improved blockchain governance by not allowing single major holder to elect

Yeah I familiar with BitShares worker system, it requires a lots of work to get proposal voted in, like worker marketing and communication with top proxies and top holders. So I'm more interested in joining
