If the minimum rental price is not 1 DEC (back to 0.1 DEC or even cheaper), I can still tolerate the seasonal rental. But with a minimum price of 1 DEC and only seasonal rent, it's quite difficult for me who can only take the time to play for 2-3 days per season.
