Hello everyone, I hope you're all well.
Earlier today as I was getting some things done in the outhouse, I came across this tiny moth which was about 2 centimeters across in length. Until today, I've seen a numerous amount of different size, shape and colour moths but none like this one.
At a 1st glance it doesn't really stand out from the rest, but, what impressed me wasn't only its size, it was the detail on the wings as I managed to take a close-up photo.
I was a bit worried to place anything next to it to get a size comparison, as it could've spooked her and it'd fly away. It's a possibility for it to be a young moth but then again, I wouldn't know as sadly I've never seen a baby moth before.

If anyone knows what the species is called, please let me know. Geographical area; I live in Manchester UK, if this helps. I've also sent this photo to a friend of mine who is quite an insect enthusiast but so far there's been no luck to get a reply of him with a name for it.
I've left the moth where I've found it, and no insects were harmed in the process of this photo session :)
