Absolutely agree with the statement that 80% of all goods are produced by 20% of the population!
But I think there is a paradox. If we hypothetically exclude 80% of the idlers from the equation, the remaining society will quickly segregate in the same proportion! I don't remember what theory says about this, so let's consider it my subjective opinion.

The problem of intelligent people who think about how to change the world lies in the society itself, which, for the most part, does not want to change. Everyone has their own reasons, where it's laziness, where it's stupidity, where it's old age.....

When we ask ourselves how to make the system work for the benefit of every cog, we want to come to the same socialism! Personally, I consider socialism a worthy alternative to capitalism, where only the owner of the mechanism is valued, who is able to change any of the cogs without damaging production....

If you don't like socialism, then maybe we should ask the question of whether we have the right to force the lazy farmer who doesn't want to weed his garden to work harder.

In general, a system where the minority (the smart/rich/powerful/god-elected) dictates the rules of life to the majority is not very right! Apparently we are doomed to live in a world where the rules are written for people who can't tie their shoelaces....
