Hello friends! I hope everyone is okay.
Going through my files, I came across some photos from the last few months that were only taken because of the light (which I had already forgotten about) and decided to do a little editing.
As a photographer it's obvious that my biggest interest is light and how it affects and modifies what we see and what we don't, as well as the contrast with shadows that can frame or accentuate the effect of light.
I have many photographer friends who like lighting paraphernalia and I admire their work, but I personally prefer natural light. I like waking up early so I can enjoy the first light of day, but I also like the late afternoon light and especially the light that comes in through the windows.
Working with natural light takes patience, preparation, and often requires quick reflexes as light can only last for seconds. A challenge I usually miss, but a few times the result is worth it.

Olá amigos! Espero que todos estejam bem.
Revisando meus arquivos, me deparei com algumas fotos dos últimos meses que foram feitas só por causa da luz (as quais eu já tinha esquecido) e decidi fazer uma pequena edição.
Como fotógrafo é óbvio que meu maior interesse é a luz e como ela afeta e modifica o que vemos e o que não, assim como o contraste com as sombras que podem emoldurar ou acentuar o efeito da luz.
Tenho muitos amigos fotógrafos que gostam de uma parafernalia lumínica e admiro o trabalho deles, mas eu pessoalmente prefiro a luz natural. Gosto de acordar cedo para poder aproveitar as primeiras luzes do dia, ainda que também gosto da luz de fim de tarde e especialmente a luz que entra pelas janelas.
Trabalhar com luz natural demanda paciência, preparação, e muitas vezes exige reflexos rápidos já que a luz pode durar apenas segundos. Um desafio que geralmente perco, mas algumas poucas vezes o resultado vale a pena.
