This is my new proposed icon design for the android application "Dir - File Manager", designed using Adobe Illustrator. The features of this app is right down below:

Design Concept:
The idea was to create a simple and modern icon design. By utilizing the current's idea of a file folder and reinventing it into cleaner and sleeker look while retaining the original color scheme.

Benefits / Improvements
Design is cleaner and modern and brings a fresh look to the Dir - File Manager. It is much easier for the eyes compared to the current logo.
