I sit here listening to newly released and limited released tracks. Thinking I have had a front row seat to the production, and creation, of this music and the experience of being in a band and friends with Mingo & tuna. The newly joined Ken Pinto and our freestyle duel 1 track a sneak peak into what may be to come. Mike Leary, who played bass on several tracks, I met while “on vacation”, read between the lines.
That’s the tuna, in my recliner. We would meet, practice, record, drink, smoke weed, have fun.
“The whole point of being in a band and creating music is to have fun doing it” - the tuna used to say.
We drank absinthe, smoke weed, recorded a lot of music which has taken about three full years to edit and publish/distribute.
Fun times indeed
