Semáforos de color y de esperanza.
Los Hibiscus son plantas que crecen muy bien en climas templados. Las suaves temperaturas de las Islas Canarias les favorece. No toleran bien la irradiación solar fuerte ni las altas temperaturas.En estas condiciones, sus hojas amarillean y se pierden, costando mucho su recuperación.
Los Hibiscus ahora, en primavera, tienen su momento especial de floración. Es su momento de regeneración tras el invierno.
Hice varias fotografías de esta flor naranja que me pareció especialmente bonita. Resalta, en su centro de fuego, el pistilo largo y enhiesto, culminado por las tres borlas rojas llamativas.
El pistilo, como una señal, espera esperanzada a la abeja que lo polinice, para llevar a cabo su ciclo vital. De igual modo, nosotros esperamos el momento que podamos salir cautelosos de este retiro.
Sin embargo, a diferencia de las flores que repiten su ciclo de regeneración todas las primaveras, nosotros, algún día, reanudemos nuestras vidas con asombro y alegría. La inmunización y la experiencia harán que estos días vulnerables no vuelvan a repetirse y queden anclados en el pasado para siempre.

Traffic lights of color and hope.
Hibiscus are plants that grow very well in temperate climates. The mild temperatures of the Canary Islands favor them. They do not tolerate strong solar irradiation or high temperatures well.
In these conditions, its leaves turn yellow and are lost, costing a lot its recovery.
The Hibiscus now, in spring, have their special moment of flowering. It is their moment of regeneration after winter.
I made several photographs of this orange flower that I found especially beautiful. Highlighted at its center of fire is the long, upright pistil, topped by the three striking red tassels.
The pistil, as a signal, waits hopefully for the bee to pollinate it, to carry out its life cycle. In the same way, we wait for the moment that we can get cautious out of this retreat.
However, unlike the flowers that repeat their regeneration cycle every spring, we, someday, resume our lives with wonder and joy. Immunization and experience will make these vulnerable days never happen again and stay in the past forever.
