В этом городе я прожил несколько лет и это лучший город из тех, где мне довелось жить. Мурманску всего около 100 лет и с учетом того, что в годы Великой отечественной войны он был полностью разрушен, в настоящее время здесь проживает 300 тысяч жителей.
In this city I lived for several years and this is the best city of those where I happened to live. Murmansk is only about 100 years old and taking into account the fact that during the Great Patriotic War it was completely destroyed, now 300 thousand inhabitants live here.
Мурманск портовый город и находится на берегу незамерзающего Кольского залива. Поэтому основным назначением города является рыболовство и рыбопереработка. К этому городу приписаны все ледоколы России. Также большое значение имеет географическое расположение Мурманска. Он является одним из самых важных портов Северного морского пути.
Murmansk is a port city and is located on the shore of the ice-free Kola Bay. Therefore, the main purpose of the city is fishing and fish processing. All the icebreakers of Russia are assigned to this city. Also of great importance is the geographical location of Murmansk. It is one of the most important ports of the Northern sea route.
