@pfunk It is not from Civ4. It is royalty free music from one of the websites. The particular website has many scores in dramatic, cinematic, corporate etc. categories that are quite nice. Your question made me realize that I had forgotten to add background music source credits in my excitement of adding the video and experimenting with 3S. Apologies. I have edited the post to include the source.
