ONCE YOU LEAVE BLACK CAN YOU COME BACK?
I remember a day long ago I drank only black coffee. I got married 7 years ago and my wife slowly switched me over as she was the one preparing my morning coffee. I am really tired of buying cream, running out of cream, and the whole process of dealing with the cream all for the purpose of diluting a taste that I really enjoy.
Today is the first day I decided I am done with cream. I am really hoping my wife will make the switch with me. I am looking forward to dusting off my espresso maker which I put to the side because I was tried of dealing with steaming the milk for my wife instead of simply making espresso.
Today I will go to Polly’s coffee on the way home from work and buy some fresh beans to burr grind for my Sunday morning espresso experience. Maybe I will buy some Baily’s to entice my wife to not use cream anymore.
