En posts anteriores les he hablado de QvaPay, una pasarela de pagos creada por un cubano y pensada para facilitar el uso de criptomonedas y m茅todos de pago digitales.
La plataforma acepta muchas criptomonedas y otros m茅todos de pago, cuenta con mercado P2P y adem谩s puede utilizarse para automatizar cobros y pagos, enviar y recibir remesas, comprar tarjetas de regalo, realizar recargas celulares y muchas cosas m谩s.
Aunque los usuarios pueden ser de cualquier pa铆s, como soy cubano y estoy en Hive, hoy quiero mostrarles algo m谩s pr谩ctico:
馃憠 c贸mo utilizo QvaPay para convertir las recompensas que gano en Hive en dinero real para el uso diario en mi pa铆s.
Para empezar, ya tengo mi cuenta en QvaPay desde hace alg煤n tiempo y normalmente trabajo tanto desde la versi贸n web como desde la aplicaci贸n m贸vil.
Por eso en este post les mostrar茅 capturas de pantalla de ambos entornos.
Lo primero es depositar en QvaPay los Hive o HBD obtenidos como recompensas de autor en Hive.
Para eso se accede a la opci贸n de recargar.
En la siguiente pantalla aparecen los diferentes m茅todos de dep贸sito disponibles, entre ellos varias criptomonedas. En mi caso seleccion茅 Hive, que es una de las que m谩s utilizo.
Luego simplemente indicas la cantidad que deseas depositar. En esta ocasi贸n decid铆 ingresar el equivalente a 7.5 d贸lares en Hive.
Despu茅s de eso, QvaPay muestra algo muy importante:
el memo de la transferencia.
Ese memo debe copiarse exactamente y pegarse en la wallet desde la cual har谩s la transferencia.
En mi caso utilizo Keychain, porque es la herramienta que m谩s seguridad me brinda, aunque de ella hablaremos en otro momento.
Una vez aceptas la operaci贸n, aparece:
Y aqu铆 viene algo importante:
si haces la transferencia sin el memo correcto, los fondos no llegar谩n.
Despu茅s de realizar el env铆o, la transferencia se confirm贸 en apenas segundos y el saldo apareci贸 en mi cuenta de QvaPay.
En mi caso, de los 7.5 d贸lares enviados termin茅 recibiendo aproximadamente 7.49, algo que honestamente me pareci贸 bastante bien.
En una de las capturas de pantalla se puede ver tanto el dep贸sito como el retiro posterior.
Despu茅s del dep贸sito viene la parte m谩s interesante:
馃憠 utilizar el mercado P2P.
QvaPay tambi茅n tiene retiro directo, pero personalmente considero que el P2P suele ser m谩s conveniente porque normalmente se obtiene un mejor precio por los d贸lares digitales.
Y en Cuba eso importa much铆simo.
Para que tengan una idea:
el salario mensual en mi caso es de 6950 CUP.
Sin embargo, vendiendo esos 7.49 d贸lares obtenidos en Hive termin茅 recibiendo alrededor de 5335 pesos cubanos.
La tasa fue aproximadamente de 712.28 CUP por d贸lar cripto en el momento de realizar la operaci贸n.
Y eso es bastante alto incluso comparado con otros mercados P2P que he probado.
Algo importante es que las opciones no se limitan 煤nicamente al CUP. Dentro de QvaPay tambi茅n es posible operar con MLC, Cl谩sica, USDT y otros m茅todos de pago digitales. Incluso actualmente existen opciones para retiros en d贸lares en efectivo en La Habana mediante partners de la plataforma. Esa flexibilidad es una de las cosas que m谩s me ha llamado la atenci贸n, porque permite adaptarse a diferentes necesidades y formas de mover dinero seg煤n lo que cada usuario necesite en su d铆a a d铆a.
Para orientarme con las tasas normalmente utilizo los grupos y canales de Telegram de QvaPay, donde diariamente se publica el comportamiento del mercado.

Although users can come from any country, since I am Cuban and active on Hive, today I want to show something more practical:
馃憠 how I use QvaPay to turn the rewards I earn on Hive into real money for everyday use in my country.
To begin with, I have had my QvaPay account for some time now and I usually work both from the browser version and the mobile application.
That鈥檚 why in this post I will show screenshots from both environments.
The first thing is to deposit the Hive or HBD earned as author rewards on Hive into QvaPay.
For that, you access the top-up option.
On the next screen you will see the different deposit methods available, including several cryptocurrencies. In my case, I selected Hive, which is one of the ones I use the most.
Then you simply enter the amount you want to deposit. This time I decided to deposit the equivalent of 7.5 dollars in Hive.

That memo must be copied exactly and pasted into the wallet from which you will make the transfer.
