I've always been fascinated by Peggle, even before I knew what pachinko was. There was (and still is) a funny Valve-branded Peggle game named Peggle Extreme that is free on Steam, and I played that a bunch.

I couldn't really choose any subseries in particular as my favourite, but there is something to be said about the overall visual presentation before Iga became the patron of the series. It's just timeless.

It is a bit more complex than Skyrim, but yes, it is still a game from 2006 under all the glossy new graphics. I believe it's still worth a playthrough, though, especially with how busted your character

The performance boost is also deeply related to how much more lightweight Linux is compared to Windows. There's no bloat like ad services and telemetry to hog resources.
