their brains and primitive eye to swim around the ocean to find the solid rock where they will spend the rest of their lives. After they attach themselves, head first on the rock with their adhesive organs, they start their metamorphosis by digesting the organs they dont need any more.They start with tail, eye, spine, gills and finally brains. This takes them about 36 hours. After that they filter water to feed on plankton and small organisms.
