This was taken at NOTCH PEAK in the "west desert" of Utah.
The nearest town is Delta Utah.
Notch peak has the distinction of being the second tallest uninterrupted cliff face in the United States after El Capitan in Yosemite.
It is also almost unknown to most utahns.
