Yes, that is an amazing feeling for sure. I was a butcher for a while, I cut meats at a grocery store for a few years. During the holidays customers would order standing rib roast & platters of shrimp. I'd always do my best to make it as appetizing as I could, because presentation is what really makes customers happy. That & of course the taste.
