Vitamins only protect you from disease if you are deficient. They don't cure Covid. Some evidence Vitamin D deficient populations are harder hit, but thats like one of two studies and it hasn't been peer reviewed. The idea one clinic had no deaths and therefore their vitamin shots are a cure is retarded.
