Hive is an interesting social experiment but it does have its lessons. Firstly it teaches that few people will do anything if not for a monetary reward. Secondly it exposes the underlying human nature of fear and greed. Then finally if you stay around long enough you will also see how few people can remain active over time, which is to say most people are consistently inconsistent.
