Spring is already showing up in our part of North Texas, USA, but most trees don't have their new leaves yet!
Looking across the open prairie preserved on the grounds of the Heard Museum and Nature Sanctuary in McKinney, Texas.
This bird had a very pretty song.
I don't know what kind of bird it is.
It may only be traveling through Texas, on it's way somewhere else.
I wish I could have gotten a better photo, but it was way up high in the tree!
