Walking keeps me alive. Walking clears the mind. As I walk, I meet trees, flowers, and birds. I feel the earth and I feel the sky. I walk without a word. I listen to the sounds of nature. Hot air comes in and out of me. My body temperature rises and sweat runs all over my body. The weather is hot and there are fewer people in the park. Yesterday I went around the park three times. I will keep walking until I get tired.
