I want to try this one because I am exploring in the field of cooking different kinds of food but there were some ingredients that I am not familiar of like the climbing wattle, wild betel leaves. Are they necessary to put them or not?

If not, then, I would gladly get one and make it for myself and for my family because it's a soup and perfect in a cold rainy season here in our place.
