I hear you and know all about it. Especially for creatives, finding balance and also balance between on- and offline time, creating and the opposite is paramount.

Discord has changed my life though, in many ways.

I've made many real friends on there in the last two and a half years and I found ways to actually make deep connections or move over to another medium to connect more. Small talk isn't and has never been my thing.
