여러가지 복잡한 문제들이 엮여있지만(송금 컨펌 안됨, 비밀번호 찾기 안됨), 결론은 송금을 할 때나 암호변경을 할 때 필요한 confirm email이
티켓이나 폴로닉스 메일 답변은 오는데, 송금이나 비밀번호 변경 처리에 필요한 확인코드 메일을 전혀 받지 못하고 계시더라구요(스팸메일함 같은 곳도 모두 확인해 보았지만 오지 않았습니다).
폴로닉스 측에서는 스팸메일함 같은 것을 확인해보라거나, 계정 메일의 비밀번호를 변경하고 OTP를 설치해보라고 했지만 그 모든 것을 해도 해결이 안됐다고 하시네요...
일단 티켓은 계속 주고받는 상황입니다.
혹시 비슷한 상황을 경험하셨거나 해결 방법을 아시는 분들은 도움을 주시면 감사하겠습니다 ㅠㅠ

If you cannot find the withdrawal confirmation email on your email inbox or spam box, please browse to your withdrawal history page at:
https://poloniex.com/depositHistory
There you can resend the withdrawal confirmation email, please wait a few minutes between attempts, if its a technical problem it may take a little longer.
If after resending the withdrawal confirmation email a couple of times you still don’t receive it neither at your inbox or your spam box, please reply to this message and a support agent will manually send the confirmation email to you.

=> 스팸메일함을 확인해보거나 그 사이트에서 폴로닉스를 차단한 것은 아닌지 확인해보라는 내용입니다. 그리고 일정 기간 기다려보라고도 했는데 3달 전일이기 때문에 이런 문제는 아닌 것 같습니다.
